You may face this issue while change in role or any glitch in Suvit login. Simply login you primary account and go to User management, look for the assigned role's criteria. Make necessary changes and re-assign the role to that particular user.
If you are facing modules missing issue in your secondary user after login Suvit to web as per below image.
Just follow below steps . · Go to suvit.io login with primary id
· Go to setting from left side menu bar
· Then go to role management and edit the role by refreshing the role or creating a new role
· Then go to user management and edit the user and update the latest role in update role and hit on update user. Then try to login with the secondary user. If this issue is occurring in your Primary Account, simply logout and refresh the page once, it will be resolved.
