Suggested ledger after selecting ledgers in bulk

In Suvit, as we have seen, you can select ledgers in bulk, which in turn saves you time and helps you manage your data accurately. But it also has another benefit for you.

The bank statement of a particular company for which you have selected ledgers in bulk by using the "Description" filter; Suvit will record that pattern with the help of artificial intelligence, and, henceforth, whenever that bank statement is uploaded, you will get a "Suggested Ledger" column with ledger suggestions for the transactions.

This will help you save extra time when uploading that bank statement to a particular company.

If the suggestions of ledgers are accurate, you can click on the arrow given beside every suggested ledger for transactions. Also, if all the suggested ledgers are correct, you can click on the arrow in the header. Please take a look at the image below for a better understanding. ​ Also, the filter option is available so you can easily filter out the suggested ledgers in one go.

This way your auto suggestion is created when you select the ledgers in bulk.

Alternatively or additionally if you want to create any manual suggestion auto filter, you can create the rules for it by simple clicking on "Settings" option available in the upper right side.

In settings, go to "create rule" and add the keyword you required for filtering or creating a auto suggestion along with the transaction type and amount range. Then assign the ledger for this auto filter and click on save button.

Now you can check in suggested ledger column for the same.

Now click on the arrow button to make it selected in "Ledger" column.
