Check if;

  1. Close Multiple tally if open
  2. Try restarting the Desktop Application
  3. Suvit desktop application should be running
  4. Desktop application should be connected with tally on same port
  5. Kindly press CTRL+SHIFT+R  in my companies 

Note* : Kindly check for the updates in "What's new" section on web page. It is the last option available on the left side menu
