Sorry we are facing some issue at our end

When this type of error is occurred in login to suvit application.

• Sometime in Windows Firewall or Windows Security and Any Installed Third Party Antivirus has been block the suvit application. So, Unblock the app in his security or firewall networks.

• if, You are Install Third Party Antivirus (For Example: Quick heal antivirus, Kaspersky Antivirus, NPAV Total Security, etc) to Add Suvit Application in this Particular Antivirus in Windows Firewall to Add in Exclusive Rules.

Kindly Follow this below steps:

1. Open the Windows Search bar, type Windows Firewall, and select Allow an app through Windows Firewall

2. Click Change settings

3. Click Allow another app

5. Click Browse and navigate to the desktop.

6-7.Select the Suvit shortcut and open it.

8 Click Add.

9. Ensure Suvit is selected, then check both Private and Public options for Suvit. Click OK to save your changes.

10. Open the Windows Search bar, type Virus and threat protection, and select it.

10. Click Manage settings.

11. Turn off the Real-time protection toggle.

12. Scroll down and find Exclusions, then click Add or remove exclusions.

13. Click Add an exclusion, then select Folder.

14. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog. Type appdata and click OK.

15. In the AppData folder, navigate to Roaming > Suvit > Database. Select this folder and click Select Folder.

16. Repeat the exclusion process but choose File this time.

17. Press Windows + R again, type appdata, and click OK. Navigate to Local > Program > Suvit and select the relevant files.

18. After Restart the Pc then Try to Login in Suvit Application.

• If, You are Follow all this step then if still issue is not resolved. Then Try to Change Internet Network to Try For Login in Suvit app because Sometimes the internet network is block.
