Group Data not Found

❓ Group Data Not Found Error in Suvit

If you see a "Group Data Not Found" message while syncing data in Suvit, it means Suvit is trying to access a group that does not exist in your Tally company data. This issue may occur due to:

  • The group being Deleted or has been Modified in Tally

🛠️ How to Fix This Issue?

Steps:

  1. Do not modify the original groups in Tally.
  2. Check if all groups are present in Tally.
  • Create a new group manually in Tally.
  • Sync Master data from the Suvit Desktop Application.
  1. Try syncing again after ensuring all required groups exist in Tally.

  1. Go to Gateway of TallyCreateGroups (Under Accounting Master).
