After clicking on forgot password you will be redirected to password reset page where you have to enter your registered mail id or mobile number and click on Submit.
After clicking on Submit button OTP will be sent to your register mail, or mobile number which you have entered enter the OTP and click on Submit.
After clicking on submit you will be redirected to the New password page. Enter the new password and start using it.
