Basically, Suvit and tally connectivity can be changed in case one faces this issue of "Not able to connect to tally" or "Something went wrong". We have provided steps in this article, read on to know more.
If you face the below Image Error, when your Tally is open and in your Suvit Desktop Application it's reflecting "Not able to Connect to Tally" or "Something went Wrong" so you have to follow the steps, given to the below image.
1. Quit the Suvit Desktop Application from "Task Manager".
2. Reopen the Suvit Desktop Application and go to the "Settings" and "Edit the Tally Port" and click on "Save Settings". Go back to "My Companies" and Sync your Data from "Sync Master".
(Note:- After Editing the port if you Reflecting the same Error than kindly changed the Tally Port in your Tally, and for that follow the below steps.)
A. Open your Tally Go to the F1:Help > Settings > Connectivity > Enter and Edit the port in unique 4 digits.
B. Now open the Suvit Desktop Application > Settings > Tally Port and Enter the Same Tally Port which you have entered in your Tally and click on "Save Settings".
