How to upload cash entry file in Banking

You can now upload a cash sheet in Suvit to process cash receipt and payment entries. A sample Excel file is attached in the article for your reference.


  • Bank Statement Sample Excel Sheet can be used for regular Bank Statement, Cash Entries, Loan Statement, Credit Card.

Follow the Steps

  • Go to → Explore Now under Data Entry Automation
  • Bulk UploadBankingDownload Sample file

  • Copy and Paste your required data.
  • Date, Debit & Credit Amount are three minimum required fields.
  • Use DD-MM-YYYY for Date format & Number Format for Amounts.

Step 1: Import

  • Click on Import Button to import

Step 2: Select File

  • Click on the SEE ALL option to see all ledgers and select "Cash" Ledger and then upload your Cash Excel sheet.

  • Select your Bank and Upload the document
