While you are uploading bank statement, if the bank ledger name is not visible in the drop down, chances are that your ledgers might not have been synced yet.
Open Suvit.io in Browser.
Open your tally and select the company.
Open Suvit Desktop Application and click on my companies in my company you will find the company name where "Sync Master" is available click on it.
Once you get popup of ledger synced successfully then go to Suvit web login and refresh the page using CTRL+SHIFT+R, then go to banking module and check there you will get the bank name.
