Suvit account is deactivated.
Your Suvit account will be deactivated if you consecutively enter wrong password for 5 times, follow this article steps to re-activate your account.
How to activate the account.
Primary/Main Account
- If you are using the Primary/Main Suvit account and have entered the wrong password 5 consecutive times, your account will be deactivated. To activate it, kindly perform Forgot Passwordaction. For more details, check how to do the forgot password process.
Secondary Account
- You can use above step or else
- If the account is a secondary user, it can be activated from your main account.
- Follow these simple steps as below: click here for how to do the forgot password process.
- Go to "User", then select "User Management".
- Look for the account showing "De-active".
- Click on the "Active" button, and your secondary account will be successfully activated.
