How to active deactivated user (Secondary user)

Your user account might have been deactivated due to multiple failed attempts to login. Simply, login to your primary account and activate the user account from user management section.

Below are some step that how we can active the deactivated user.

Go to setting from left side menu bar > Click on User Management

On user management page you will get user list in user section click on Deactivate then it will be activated once you click on the "Active" button.

Then tell your user to log in with correct user id password or reset the password.
