How to add round off?

Round off amount can be added separately in the sheet as per your need and it can be map in Suvit. Below is step by step process to follow.


Step 1: Add the Round-Off Column to Your Excel Sheet

  • Insert a Round-Off column in your Excel sheet, as shown in the image above.
  • Enter round-off amounts in the column, ensuring to use a minus ("-") symbol for negative values.

Step 2: Map the Round-Off Ledger in the "Ledger Mapping" Section

  • In the Ledger Mapping section:

    • The Round-Off column from your sheet will appear under Your Sheet Header.
    • Select the appropriate Tally Round-Off Ledger in the Select Your Ledger column.
  • After completing the mapping, click Save & Proceed at the bottom-right of the screen.
