How to Select or Change the Company in Suvit

Overview:

  • In Suvit, you can manage multiple businesses by switching between company accounts. Follow the steps below to change or select a company.

Step-by-Step Guide

đź§­ Step 1: Go to Dashboard

→ Once you log in to Suvit, click on the Dashboard option from the left-hand menu. → This is your central hub to view company activity, transactions, and top customers. → Select Company from the Right Side Top Corner.

🔍 Step 2: Open Company Switcher

→ Click on the company name or dropdown at the top-right corner of your dashboard. → A side panel titled “My Company” will appear. → Use the search bar (highlighted in red) to find a specific company. → Click the switch icon (highlighted in green) beside the company you want to switch to.

âś… Step 3: Confirm the Company Switch

→ A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to switch companies. → Click Yes to proceed.


Troubleshooting Tips:

Issue 1: Missing Company in the Dropdown

Cause: The company might not be added to your account.

Solution:

  • Check if the company is added, if not add company
  • Check with the admin to confirm that the company is associated with your account.
  • If you’re an admin, verify that the company details are added in the User Management Module.

Issue 2: Unable to Switch Companies

Cause: A technical glitch or restricted permissions might be the issue. Solution:

  • Refresh the page
  • or Log out and log back in to refresh the session.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
  • Contact support if the issue persists.
