This error you may get when you are using and older version of Suvit desktop application. Simply check if the Suvit application is updated to latest version. If so, check whether the login ID in your Suvit web and Suvit app is same or different.
Sign in to - Sign in into Suvit.io, navigate to the Dashboard, and click "Explore Now" to access the Tally Connector. Download the latest version of the Suvit Connector from the official Suvit website
After downloading, sign in to the latest executable file and refresh the transaction page. Your issue should be resolved.
