Looks like you're using an older version Suvit tally connector app

This error you may get when you are using and older version of Suvit desktop application. Simply check if the Suvit application is updated to latest version. If so, check whether the login ID in your Suvit web and Suvit app is same or different.


Simple steps to solve the issue

Step 1: Search for Control Panel in Windows

  • In the Windows search bar, type "Control Panel".

Step 2: Go to Programs & Features

  • In Control Panel, locate and select Programs & Features.

Step 3: Uninstall Suvit Application

  • Find Suvit in the list, right-click on it, and click Uninstall.

Step 4: Download the Latest Suvit Tally Connector

  • Sign in into Suvit.io, navigate to the Dashboard, and click "Explore Now" to access the Tally Connector. Download the latest version of the Suvit Connector from the official Suvit website.

  • After downloading, sign in to the latest executable file and refresh the transaction page. Your issue should be resolved.
