Looks like you're using an older version of the Suvit tally connector app. Please update your application.

This error you may get when you are using and older version of Suvit desktop application. Simply check if the Suvit application is updated to latest version. If so, check whether the login ID in your Suvit web and Suvit app is same or different.

Simple steps to solve below issue 1image..png

  1. In windows search control panel

  1. In control panel find Programs & Features

  1. Find Suvit application right click on the Suvit and press uninstall

  1. Now sign in Suvit.io and on the "Dashboard" top right corner you will find tally connecter just download it

Then login to the latest exe and go back to the transaction page and refresh , you will see your query is solved.
