Steps to Purchase a Suvit subscription

Suvit offers a range of subscription plans that fit all professionals working with staff or at an individual level. A detailed overview of different plans is available on our website With a Suvit subscription, you can:

  1. Upload unlimited documents in a company;
  2. Work on Banking Module that offers data processing in payment, receipt and contra vouchers; (Supported Document Formats: Original PDF, Scanned PDF and Excel sheet)
  3. Work on Sales/Purchase module that offers data processing in sales, purchase, debit note and credit note vouchers; (Supported Document Formats: Excel Sheet, E-commerce Excel Sheet, PDF or Image-JPG, PNG or JPEG of your printed receipts or invoices.
  4. Create Stock Items and Ledgers in bulk with the help of our unique module, "Bulk master creation".
  5. Manage your clients and their data by providing them with a Suvit client ID where they can easily upload and manage documents from their ID, which will reflect on your Suvit account in the respective modules.
  6. You can manage and delegate work to your staff members by activating their Suvit user IDs. You can just define roles and assign companies to each user according to your requirements. A Suvit Primary and User ID's essential functions will remain the same.

The Suvit subscription is a yearly plan, which you need to renew every year for continuous usage. There might be discounts or offers available at the time of your purchase; those will be applied according to your discussion with our team and offer availability, if any.

After purchasing a Suvit subscription, if you want to upgrade the plan at any time in the future, it will be available for upgrade on a pro-rata basis.

Majorly there are two ways to purchase a Suvit subscription:

  • From your Suvit Account
  • Through Channel Partner

Follow the below steps to buy a Suvit subscription from your Suvit account:

  1. Click on "My Plan" under your profile badge, available with your registered name initials on the top right corner as shown in the below image: purasuvit.png

  2. Alternatively, "My Plan" is also available under "Settings" check it out as given in below image: 2myplan.png

  3. Click on "Buy Now" to proceed with the payment.

If you make any top-up during the year, its detail will be available under "View Payment History".

  1. Your user info, billing details and Plan details (editable) will be available; kindly fill it. If you are offered any coupon, kindly paste or fill it in the "Apply Coupon" tab and hit the "Make a Payment" tab. 3payment.png

  2. On payment gateway, enter your Mobile number and E-mail ID registered with Suvit. Then, by clicking on "PROCEED" button, you can choose from various payment methods available: UPI & QR, Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking, Pay Later, EMI and Wallet. 4image 26.png

  3. Once you make the payment, your subscription will be activated instantly. After, our team will be in touch with you for your appointment regarding Onboarding and Training session, which you can attend along with your entire staff working on Suvit.
