Release Note: Suvit Version 1.3.7

We are excited to announce the release of Suvit version 1.3.7, which includes several important updates and improvements to the User Interface (UI) and core functionalities, enhancing the user experience for Data Entry Automation and GST Automation.

Key Updates:

1. UI Improvements:

Data Entry Automation and GST Automation now have separate views, offering a more organized user experience.
Upon login, you will land on the Admin View, where you'll find options for both Data Entry Automation and GST Automation.
If you need to work with Banking, Sales, Purchase, Journal, or other modules, click on the Explore button under Data Entry Automation.
To access GST Reconciliation and related modules, click on the GST Automation button.
In the Admin View, you can also manage: Dashboard User and Client Creation Billing Options

2. Data Entry Automation:

This section will handle all tasks related to Banking, Sales/Purchase, Master, and Journal entries, just like in previous versions. All other processes remain unchanged.

3. GST Automation:

This section is specifically designed for GST Reconciliation and other GST-related tasks.

New Features:

4. Company View Enhancements:

When adding a new company, you can now simply input the GST number, and the PAN number will be auto-fetched.

A new Add Company process has been implemented. If any company is open in Tally but not yet added in Suvit, it will appear as a Pending Request, allowing you to easily add the company to Suvit.

5. Delete from Tally Option: You now have the ability to delete entries from Tally directly when you delete them from Suvit, making data management more efficient.

6. Role Management: We have introduced the option to manage roles separately for both Data Entry Automation and GST Automation, giving you better control over user permissions and access.

7. Document Management: A new Document Management feature has been added. You can now view company-specific folders, along with the associated dates, for easier document tracking and organization.
