Auto ledger/Item Creation

Here you will find the step by step guide to know the process of creating ledgers and items in bulk with one click on your sales/purchase transaction screen itself.


Steps to Auto Create Ledgers/Items

Step 1: Sign in to Suvit

Step 2: Data Entry Automation Page

  • Click "Explore Now" under **Data Entry Automation **

Step 3: Select Bulk Upload

2 bulk.png -On the Data Entry Automation page, select Bulk Upload from the left menu.

Step 4: Download the Sample Excel File

  • In the Item Excel page, click on "Download Sample" to get a sample excel file.

Step 5: Fill in the Excel Sheet

  • Open the downloaded sample Excel file and fill in the required fields such as "Name", "Under", and "Unit". Save the file after entering the necessary details.

Step 6: Upload the Excel File

  • Go to the Item Excel page , click "Upload", select the company, and upload the Excel sheet—an error log will appear if any ledger fails.

Step 7: Mapping the Fields

  • After uploading, go to the Mapping Field Page, align the Excel sheet fields with Suvit fields, and click "Save & Proceed" to continue.

  • If there are any errors, a popup will appear, allowing you to download the error log for more details.

Step 8: Save the Item Records

10image.png -Go to the Ledger Transaction Page, select the record, click Save, then click "Send to Tally" in the drawer's right corner.

Step 9: Send the Transaction to Tally

  • A confirmation popup will appear → click OK to proceed or Cancel to stop. 13image.png
  • The data synchronization with Tally is complete, confirming successful syncing.

Step 10: Verify in Tally

  • After receiving the message 'Your data process has been completed,' check Tally to confirm the successful creation of stock item and ledger masters."
